The Company
BUYOSCOPE is the successor company of the SETACOM university institute for market and opinion research, founded in early 1996 at Cologne University. Until 2007 the institute dealt with fundamental research in the areas of neurology, neuro-marketing, psychophysiology, analytical psychological interviews and detailed interviews. New insights into brain-activity, discovered by the founder, led to the creation of the institute. Practical relevance was top priority during all our university research projects.
From the university institute, a research based company located in Düsseldorf was founded at the beginning of 2008, keeping its original name. In November 2009 the company was renamed into BUYOSCOPE GmbH.
